Notification templates

For creation of new notification template you should go to Administration > Communications to the «Notification templates» tab and click the «Add» button.

You will see the editing form of notification template.

It is necessary to select event, which you create the template for:

Enter the notification text, insert the necessary parameters by order or customer.

You can use twig-templates in the «Message template» field.

Creation of notification templates is often needed for using in triggers. You can read more details about triggers in Triggers article.
