Integration with Russian Post and EMS

Account registration on the Russian Post website

For integration with Russian Post you need to register on the https://pochta.ru/ website.

To track Russian Post dispatch statuses the system uses single access dispatch tracking service. The dispatch tracking service limits the number of requests to 100 requests per 24 hours. To overcome this limitation you need to sign a contract with Russian Post for sending parcels, letters or EMS dispatches. Read more about contract signing or binding of the existing contract to the account on the Russian Post website on the page how to connect unlimited tracking.

Note: postal dispatch tracking cannot be performed in demo-version of the system.

Getting access for dispatch tracking

You can get access for parcels tracking on the page https://tracking.pochta.ru/access-settings. The login for access is available on this page. The password is sent to your email after clicking the button “Send settings to email address”.

The received login and password should be inserted on the settings page of Russian Post integration in the system.

Integration with Russian Post

Integration of the system with Russian Post allows to track postal dispatch status. To configure the integration of your system with Russian Post you need to go to section Administration > Integration > Deliveries > Russian Post.

The integration is activated through specifying access for dispatch tracking and ticking the box “Activated” on the Settings page of Russian Post integration, as it’s shown on the screenshot below.

The integration allows automatic status tracking of the dispatch sent by Russian Post and EMS, speeding up and easening the process of delivery tracking to the maximum. You don’t need to use additional services, all information is displayed directly in your system.

Note: postal dispatch tracking cannot be performed in demo-version of the system.

By the wish of the user it is possible to add correlation of Russian Post statuses with his statuses. If the statuses correlation box is active and the integration is enabled, order statuses will automatically change, when the parcel status is changed in Russian Post. Only a single order status in the system can coinside to a single status of Russian Post. Several postal statuses can correlate to a single system order status. The complete list of Russian Post statuses can be viewed in subsection Catalogue of Russian Post statuses

Further it is necessary to add a delivery with the name Russian Post or Russian Post EMS and bind it with the Russian Post integrational module.

To do it you need to go to Administration > Databooks > Delivery types, create a new delivery and select the correlated value in the field “Integrate with”.

After saving the newly created delivery type, a new tab “Cost” appears, in which you can specify the cost and the net cost by default for the current delivery type.

You can read more about delivery cost conditions settings in this article.

Integration with Russian Post

It is possible to select the delivery type Russian Post or Russian Post EMS, The field will appear after the selection, where you need to insert the postal dispatch number.

The postal dispatch status will be updated automatically and will be displayed in the Order card in the Deliveries block right after the “Dispatch number” field, together with the request date. Data update is performed once a day.

It is necessary to mention that after Russian Post and EMS integration configuration, the order list can be filtered by the following positions:

- Number of postal dispatch,

- Status of postal dispatch.

Note: The order will not be sent to delivery service if it is in “Cancel” status group.
