Visits register and tracing of behavioral factors

In this part the opportunity of user behavior viewing on pages of e-shop, integrated with the system, is described. Pay attention, that for using this feature Google Analytics should be integrated.

Visits register

For viewing the visits register, open Customers section and choose one of customers.

There is a visit list with the following parameters:

User behavior factors

If to click the entry, you will see the form with detailed information on visit and page list, which user has viewed during one visit. Also opposite the link of visited page there is a time, which displays the duration of user stay on page.

If there is an order created within visit, information on this event will be displayed in details with order number as link, with items, prices and photos. Photo is being displayed when mousing the item.
