Integration with Assistant bot

This bot allows to facilitate dialog interaction between a manager and a customer by means of certain commands.

Information sent by the bot, can be immediately sent to the customer by the manager.

Before activating the module in the “Integration” section, you should create an API key which will be used to send messages. The key is available in the section Administration > Integration > API Access Keys.

Enable all methods of sections: Integration, Data books and Warehouse, when creating the key.

Enter your domain and the API key created earlier on the connection page and save changes.

The “Language” tab will appear after saving, where it is possible to select the language for bot responses.

3 commands are available for the bot:

The product can be searched both by article / product A4HW7Q and by name / product XIRO Xplorer.

Search in the dialog looks like this:

Please note that these messages from the bot are not visible for customers with whom you are communicating. These messages are tips for the manager. They can be copied by the manager and sent to the customer by clicking the button “Send to the interlocutor”.
