If to select relative date, for example, data for one year, page will be updated automatically and selected period will be displayed as follows:
You can also select either one order type for filtration in analytics…
For example, if you need data for one month by created orders, then you should select appropriate date and order type as displayed below.
If you need data for certain date and by created and completed orders, choose necessary date and order types as displayed below.
Note: there is an opportunity to select all three variants. I.e. data will be collected by created, completed and paid orders.
Under statistics you can see the gear icon, click it for setting of panel.
As you can see on the screenshot, there are headers of all KPI panel data. Opposite each header there is a tick, which allows to enable or disable reports by selected criteria. There is also a possibility to move blocks for location them in desirable ordering and to disable unnecessary ones. You can create new widgets.
This report displays the results of ABC/XYZ inventory analysis. ABC analysis segments the products by turnover importance. XYZ analysis segments the products by purchase regularity. This report requires individual setting according to products specification.
When clicking the cell, there will be opened the page of products database.
If user has no access to Warehouse section, then there will not be links to segments in ABC/XYZ widgets.

XYZ analysis is the method of purchase classification, based on regularity, deviations, jumps, instability of product sales.

In ABC/XYZ analysis module of system the whole turnover is taken for 1. Products, purchased in your store, are sorted by turnover importance (ABC) and by purchase regularity (XYZ): the best selling are at the top and the least selling are at the bottom.
System calculates ABC by the following principle:
System separates A, B and C groups by default in a proportion 20, 35 and residual respectively.

Algorithm of calculation can be divided by three steps:
System separates X, Y and Z groups by default in a proportion 20, 35 and residual respectively.
The time step, which corresponds to medium purchase regularity of item, can be additionally specified for XYZ.
After saving of settings the background recalculation of indicators will start running. After finishing, user will be notified.
Removed or cancelled orders/customers do not participate in segments
Universal widget allows to build your own reports on specified parameters.
Let's see how universal analytic widget looks, how to form reports on necessary indicators, how to configure indicators axises for getting more information on the specified parameters.
There are two icons at the left top corner: «gear» and «diagonal brackets».
After clicking the «diagonal brackets» you will see report in detail.
In detailed report there is an opportunity of export in one of four formats: xls, csv, xml, json. System can export maximum up to 500 entries.
After clicking the «gear» icon you will see the settings panel with opportunity to specify orders, which statistics are built on. There is a setting «Do not include cancelled orders», by default, so the report will be created on all orders except those, which are in «Cancelled» status.

There is an opportunity to set and vary many parameters for analytics at all axes of widget.
The first axis is indicator, data of which are interesting to you, for example product groups. You can click the name and change this indicator, choosing necessary from drop-down list.
The second axis is the numerical indicators characterizing resources profitability:
In this part of analytics you can see sales report.

Almost each column can be sorted by increase or decrease. On the screenshot above you can see that table is sorted by net margin. Parameter, which the sorting was made by, is underlined by red line.
If you need to sort, for example, by purchase price, just click the head of column. Sorting is being made by increase or decrease. «Arrows» icon is not being displayed for that column, which can not be sorted.
This tab is similar with «Product sales report» tab except that the table in «Offer sales report» tab is displayed by SKU (item identifier).
There is also «Properties» column, where you can see item properties.
You can filter report by necessary parameters. There are four fields, which you can filter by. These are «Date», «Orders», «Stores» and «Groups».
Note: «Groups» filter depends on store selected at global filter.
There is gear icon for filter setting.
Note: reporting tables are filtered by created orders by default.
Important: sales older than one year are not considered.
For each tab you can add or remove additional columns to reporting table for displaying the necessary information, using the gear icon.
On screenshot below you can see «Table columns» window, where selected columns are marked by blue, and columns, that can be selected, are marked by green.
